We’ve been hard at work preparing for the growing season.

Barn renovation is a huge project and a high priority for us right now.  Last summer we began construction on an addition to the the barn that will serve as a vegetable storage and processing area.  We’ve come a long way, though there’s still plenty of work to be done before our first delivery of the season.

For the chickens, natures first green means eggs with deep gold yokes.  They are very happy to be back in the pasture and are laying beautiful nutritious eggs.

Planted outside so far are: peas, beets, spinach, Chinese cabbage, radishes, and swiss chard.

The hoop house is teeming with lettuce and spinach that needs to be eaten soon!  Please call and order a bag.
