High Meadow Farm is a member of the Madison Area CSA Coalition.  The coalition offers a Partner Shares program to member farms that provides financial assistance to limited-income families for cost-sharing of the purchase a standard share of nutritious, organic veggies.  Funding for this program comes through fund-raising events that the Coalition puts on, like the Bike the Barns event in September, grants and through generous contributions to the fund.  If you would like to become a member of High Meadow Farm and feel that you may qualify OR if you would like to make a donation to the program, please visit the Madison Area CSA Coalition’s website:http://www.csacoalition.org/our-work/community-programs/partner-shares/ for more information, or call them at  608-226-0300.
