Can you please explain to me what kind of veggies and how much of them come in the standard package weekly? Where and when is the pick up in Watertown? When do the deliveries start?
    Thanks
    Michelle

      Hi Michelle,
We plan on starting deliveries in early June. Weather can affect that either way. We plan on 6-12 different seasonal veggies or fruits in each standard share. Sometimes there may be less variety in the smaller shares. A standard share provides enough for a typical family of 4 or a couple that eats a good amount of veggies. (We base our quantities on member comments and surveys.) You will only find what is in season for WI, so earlier there may be more salad fixings, greens, asparagus, pea pods, etc., and as the season goes on, items like tomatoes, potatoes, squash, melons, etc. There are some example pictures on the “Our Shares” page of the blog.
We deliver to Carriage Hill Drive on the west side of Watertown and also to the Watertown Hospital on Tuesday afternoons. You can choose either one.
      I hope this helps!

    Hi Meg,

Could you please add me to your contact list? I am interested in applying for the 1012 season as well. Thanks!

      Hi Nicole,
We hope to be updating information for 2012 by at least December of this year. After a short rest, we will be making our plans for the next season. I will be happy to add you to the contact list for 2012.
